Last Wednesday DBA completed the 11 month inspection of my new house. The willingness of your company to satisfy your customers construction problems is to be commended.
While I was house-hunting in the area in 1997, I happened upon Pam Carter, agent for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. I was impressed by her honesty and integrity. So when she showed me one of your models, I felt it would be a good product. My engineer son-in-law was also impressed by the quality of the construction when I asked him to check it.
During the first year of residence a number of problems surfaced as often happens. In each and every instance my requests for correction were instantly attended to. For this I would like to thank you for your superintendent, Roger Denny, a consumer professional.
Both Doug Baker and Roger Denny have made building a new house a most enjoyable experience and I thank Pam Carter for introducing me to a quality builder.

I first wanted to thank you for the kind and professional letter that I received from you about a month ago. I wanted to wait until my back yard was completed before I responded. Mr. Todd, I can imagine the type of people you run into day in and day out, and to be quite honest with you, I wasn't expecting you to be so friendly and professional. I appreciate you taking the time out of your extremely busy day to come out and listen to me express my concerns and my ideas to solve the problem. I know your a business man and were trying to solve my problem as economically feasible and to my satisfaction. That is why I was trying to work with you and negotiate with you instead of butting heads and making demands which would have lead us no where.

Dear Mr. Todd Hall,
I would personally like to thank you for making our first home buying experience an experience to remember. As you may remember my new wife and I were looking to build our first home in late 2008. At first we were a little concerned that building a house and planning a wedding would be too much at one time but it was just the opposite. Picking out our house plan and all of our color selections was an extremely smooth process, and also very exciting. It was the great customer service though that really made the process smooth. Matt Tracy was our assigned building manager and he went out of his way to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We are pleased with all of our selections and craftsmanship and could not be happier. Thanks again for building us a beautiful new home to start our family.
