Dear Todd,
I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for an outstanding experience and wonderful home. Being that this was our first home purchase, let alone the first time we have built, we came into this experience with very little knowledge of the building process and quite a bit of apprehension. Thanks to you, Ron and Matt, we have been blown away by the attention to detail and the time that you have taken to make sure we are comfortable and informed every step of the way. We genuinely feel that despite the other homes that you were building at the time, you and your team went to great lengths to make sure we felt like your only customer!
Although we were working on a budget, we were pleasantly surprised that all of the appliances, furnace, water heater, etc. have all been quality, name brand products. That's just a small example of the excellent build quality we have received. No corners were cut, no expenses were spared. Should it arise that we have some sort of issue in the future, we are highly confident that you and your team will do everything in your power to ensure the longevity of our home.
Thanks again for such an over-the-top, well done job. We will be enjoying our new home for many years to come!

Dear Mr. Todd Hall,
I would personally like to thank you for making our first home buying experience an experience to remember. As you may remember my new wife and I were looking to build our first home in late 2008. At first we were a little concerned that building a house and planning a wedding would be too much at one time but it was just the opposite. Picking out our house plan and all of our color selections was an extremely smooth process, and also very exciting. It was the great customer service though that really made the process smooth. Matt Tracy was our assigned building manager and he went out of his way to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We are pleased with all of our selections and craftsmanship and could not be happier. Thanks again for building us a beautiful new home to start our family.

We are very pleased with the construction and quality craftsmanship of our newly built home by Todd Homes.
We are nearing our retirement years and needed to find a suitable home for this phase of our lives. Having to move from Northern Ohio to Southern Ohio can be very challenging.
We’ve been fortunate to have our new homes built in the past by some very distinguished builders.

What we found with Todd Homes is a quality built home with excellent features.
The overall design and floor plan of our ranch style home shows the attention Todd Homes gives to fine details.
The critical components in our home, such as the sump pump, furnace, air conditioner, and water heater are name brands with excellent reliability and are well recognized and respected in the industry.
A very good example of the soundness of our home occurred during the record setting very high wind storm this area experienced in September of 2008. Our well constructed home was unfazed and did not even suffer the loss of a single roof shingle.
We are very appreciative of Todd Hall and construction manager Matt Tracy for their high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Any newly constructed home will exhibit some very minor concerns and issues. Todd and Matt have been very responsive and timely with follow-up to address problems. Todd Hall firmly stands behind his products, which are the home’s he builds. Todd also takes a very personal interest in seeing that his customers are completely satisfied.

When my wife and I were in a position last year to finally build the house of our dreams instead of one to fulfill other needs, we turned to Todd Hall. We had both know Todd for awhile as he had been referred to us by a co-worker of my wife. We had built before but we were not prepared for the level of excellence that Todd Hall and Todd Homes would provide us. From start to finish Todd, and Matt made sure that we ended up with exactly the home we had always wanted. Todd took the time and energy to make sure that we had the right lot. He walked us through all the selections for the home and made, what I had remembered from our previous building experience as a stressful process, an exciting and enjoyable one. Todd and Matt made sure that they were in constant communication regarding the status of our home, and we were never left wondering what was going to occur next. From our first meeting to discuss the home until closing day and beyond, Todd was there, with professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and experience to truly help us realize the home of our dreams.
