| Architectural Design Guidelines |
All plans must be submitted to Declarant/Developer for review and approval prior to construction.
(Blanket approvals for multiple plans may be submitted to Declarant/Developer). |

• Front and side and rear yards must be seeded & strawed or sodded by builder upon completion to dwelling (subject to weather).
• All driveways must be paved with concrete.
