Architectural Design Guidelines
All plans must be submitted to Declarant/Developer for review and approval prior to construction.
(Blanket approvals for multiple plans may be submitted to Declarant/Developer).
   
Minimum Sq Footage Roofs
• Ranch: 1100 min
• 2 Story: 1100 min

• Shingles must be weathered wood dimensional shingles.
• All Roofs must have at least 6/12 pitch or greater.
       
Exterior Materials Garages
 

• Full brick front, rear and sides required.
• Overhangs, gables, etc may use 5" Dutch lap vinyl siding.
• Trim and soffits may be prefinished aluminum or vinyl.

  • Minimum 2 car garages required
• Detached garages are not permitted
       
Additional Item of Note

• Front and side and rear yards must be seeded & strawed or sodded by builder upon completion to dwelling (subject to weather).
• All driveways must be paved with concrete.
• Specific mailboxes and house markers are required. Ask developer for details.
