One of the most exciting parts of building a new home is making it your own.

At the Selections Meeting, buyers meet with Cathy, our Designer, who helps them personalize their home with finishes, colors, fixtures, and design elements that reflect their style and vision.

Andrew, our Vice President, and Brenda, our Sales Administrator, are also present to answer any additional questions buyers may have and help ensure they feel informed and confident as they move into the construction phase.

Step 3: Following the Construction Process

Once construction begins, homeowners stay connected through our Builder Signal program.

Builder Signal provides weekly updates and photos, allowing buyers to follow their home’s progress throughout every stage of construction. These updates provide transparency, improve communication, and help homeowners stay connected to their future home.

Step 4: Final Walkthrough and Closing

As construction nears completion, buyers participate in a final walkthrough before closing. This is an opportunity to review the home, ask final questions, and become familiar with its features.
